This document is a template prepared for SHOPFILES LTD and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before going live.
Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — SHOPFILES LTD, [email protected] — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
Early performance of digital services
If you expressly requested that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before full performance, you owe a proportionate amount for the services already provided.
