Here is how well i'm doing after i wrote this software,

Wordpress installation step by step:

Step 1:
Open the wordpress installer page, and fill the cPanel user where the addon domains will be, the server ip address and you paste the domain names in format: domain.com, now you submit the form.

Step 2:
The script have generated content, you have to paste in httpd.conf
Open your httpd.conf, and paste the addition, on the end for example.

Step 3:
The script have generated content, you have to paste in /var/named/<MAIN cPanel USER DOMAIN>.db
Open your file, and paste the addition, on the end for example.

Step 4:
The script have generated unzip commands, you login with your shell access, and go to /home/YOURUSER/public_html
Now you paste the commands, they look like this:

unzip wp.zip -d wp.com/
unzip wp.zip -d abv.bg/
unzip wp.zip -d dir.bg/
unzip wp.zip -d telecoms.bg/

this will unzip wordpress to those folders.

Step 5:
The script have generated commands, you will use to create empty databases for wordpress:
Now login to mysql with this:

mysql -u root -pPASS

Now paste the commands.
Example:

CREATE DATABASE `wp_wp.com` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE 
utf8_general_ci;
CREATE DATABASE `wp_abv.bg` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 
COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
CREATE DATABASE `wp_dir.bg` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET 
utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci; 
CREATE DATABASE `wp_telecoms.bg` DEFAULT 
CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

Step 6:
Fill the databases with the wordpress default database. These commands are generated by the script.

mysql -u root wp_wp.com < wp.sql
mysql -u root wp_abv.bg < wp.sql
mysql -u root wp_dir.bg < wp.sql
mysql -u root wp_telecoms.bg < wp.sql
